Stufe 1

Interview at DeterTech

A member of the Talent Acquisition team will contact the candidate to conduct an initial telephone screening and introduce DeterTech as well as the role. After the conversation, the team member will decide whether the person is suitable for the position and will either forward them to the responsible manager for further review or reject the application.

1st Interview

Video interview via MS Teams unless stated otherwise.
Stufe 3

2nd Interview

Candidate meets the rest of the hiring team. Usually in person unless stated otherwise.
Stufe 4

Offer

Offer letter is sent to candidate including attached documents to fill out and return.
