Introduction at DeterTech
A member of the Talent Acquisition Team will reach out to the candidate to conduct an initial phone screening, during which they will introduce DeterTech and the role. After the conversation, the team member will decide whether the candidate is a good fit for the position and either forward them for further review by the relevant hiring manager or reject them.
