Steg 1

Introduction to DeterTech

A member of the Talent Acquisition Team will call the candidate to screen them and to introduce DeterTech and the role. Following this call, the TA member will determine suitability of the candidate for the role and either advance the candidate for Hiring Manager Review or reject the candidate.
Steg 2

1st Interview

Video interview via MS Teams unless stated otherwise.
Steg 3

2nd Interview

Candidate meets the rest of the hiring team. Usually in person unless stated otherwise.
Steg 4

Offer

Offer letter is sent to candidate including attached documents to fill out and return.
